Currently going through this nightmare. My ureter was cauterized during the hysterectomy. They were unable to stent it so I currently have a nephrostomy tube and bag. Surgery to cut out the occlusion and reattach the tube is next week. It’s unbelievable that it’s so hard to sue behind something like this that has impacted my entire family. Sorry to see so many others have endured this type of trauma.
