Constant diarrhea for almost a year. I used to drank a lot of energy drinks but stopped years ago

I drank 12/15 cans of energy drinks a day  fro around 1998 to 2014 ... Wen I stopped ... Last year august I started having diarrhea.. thought it was a bug ..but today 16 April it's still going on
