Except for the last poster these are all classic signs of anxiety. Sometimes brought on by daily stress sometimes a normal reaction to (epinephrine) adrenaline. Your brain begins to form reactions to stress and the symptoms become normal. Also hyperventilation or changes to blood gas can trigger cause this. It really is all in your head, as they say. Your brain can create any symptoms you can dream up and the reactions are real (you really are distended, your blood pressure really does go up.) You must expose yourself to that repeatedly until you realize it's not going to kill you. My trick was to face it sitting in an emergency room.

i feel this things too. what i found to myself is too much thinking negatively or called fear.
Fear triggers the mind that cause your stomach feel hungry and gives more air in your chest underneath with
your heart and lungs. After you will feel having headache that came from my sinus when i found out i have
lots of fear in my mind that triggers everything. best things is to think bright side a power of mind, to cure
yourself with your mind. try it!

Hmm. I've had some similar symptoms and I will describe them because it often helps to speak about it. Normally I have panic attacks feeling like I have an air bubble in my chest, like I need to burp and pass wind to stop them. Though I believe the attacks have been somewhat cannabis related, it doesn't seem to be the full issue sorted. I have been using an anxiety help video on YouTube that helps with learning not to fear and avoid and thus keep better control over not panicking. Often what helps me as well is remembering I've felt it before but have been fine so I know it's in my head. I have also felt these heart 'pumps' that someone has mentioned. These are often felt as if my heart has forgotten to beat so I must realise and make it beat - sounds odd but it's the best way I can describe it. It also happens when about to fall asleep and makes me jump up to sit upright. All these issues end up with me unable to be still orcomfortable and make me have to move my hands often, rubbing my belly or legs in an OCD fashion. I believe if the doctors can't find a physical medical issue easily it is best to speak to them about psychiatric help. No this does not meanyoure crazy or have no self reliance, everyone needs help sometimes especially fear that stops us living our usual lives and it's a smart thing to try out. The most important thing I can say on such things is mind makes fear real. In a state of worry you are more likely to notice sensations and such that your thoughts will create into something you worry about and the fear of something happening can be physically made into a feeling by your mind. Stay calm in such situations and remember that it is likely your mind causing many bad feelings. I will also advise you to put out all negative thought and 'what if' thinking as this causes your mind to be more likely to create negative feeling/sensation. Try to ensure you control your breathing (look up breathing techniques such as deep breath) if necessary and talk to a friend about it. I spoke to my friends and they spoke of similar issues of which helped me greatly. The best thing for me is to take my mind away from negativity by playing video games or skateboarding but many people have different hobbies to help. So I hope I am of some relief perhaps but I do strongly suggest speaking to someone in the employment of psychology studies such as a psychiatrist and speak to your doc about seeing one. Also try some YouTube videos, I found one very useful for anxiety and fear and found meditation in that sense to be useful. I hope everyone realises, you're never alone even when you have such issues and as fellow human beings we do what we can to be there for eachother in times of need. You don't have to live with it.

Hi don't panic, even I had the same problem sometime before, but when I clearly relaized that these are the symptoms we have developed through constantly fearing about some ailment.

Dont worry, you should be a too good man to take up such worries. Train your mind to concentrate on good things, fear not. Most of the stomach related acid secretions tend to create such feelings...
