thank you for the opportunity to ask my long health problem.
sir, am an adult, girl, for over 3 months now i have being suffering from constant stooling especially in the night hour, going to toilet for up to 3 times every day which is unusual for me in the time past.
i have consulted a doctor some time last year, i was giving some drugs to take but to no avail.
i really wish to know if some thing has happened to my stomach or why it has failed to stop.
thank you.

Hi! I read that if your bowel movements increase in frequency but not in any other way, no loose, watery stools and abdominal cramping (diarrhea) or bloody stool, the change is probably not a sign of illness. You may, for example, be eating more fruits, vegetables and whole grains, which increases fiber intake or getting regular exercise or increasing your exercise, these habits can make your bowel movements more frequent. If you've made lifestyle changes that can contribute to having more frequent bowel movements, and you have no other signs or symptoms, you're probably in good health.
