Hello everyone . As i noticed we have been struggling with the same thing i guess? Look. Everything is in our mind and its really hard to control our minds isnt ? I know . Well I've been struggling with this feeling that i have to yawn or to take deep breaths so i can satisfy that thing in my chest. Well I noticed I also get anxiety attacks or panic ones because of it , because when im out walking , thinking and stuff , i have this feeling always that i want to yawn or take a deep breath and it makes me panic because i feel like dont i wanna be seen that nervous to others and it makes it really hard and i wanna just run from there and leave . Is there anything i can do to help my self from that ? any suggestions ? thank you all .

i think you should try belly breathing , if you dont know what it is just google it , I had this feeling for months that i want to take a deep breath and yawn every 10 sec and breathing from my belly helped rly rly a lot very quickly. and this message is for everyone . share to thers too . Thanks.
