I am planning to start with creatine, but I have some concerns about the issue. I have been trough some literature I read that creatine can cause severe muscle cramps and kidney stones. Do you have any knowledge about this? Do you have some personal experience or advice to share with me?

Opinions about this matter, you are asking about, is quite divided. There are no scientific suggestions that those statements are true, but also there are some experiences which tell that are. Question is who to believe? Personally, every time I plan to start with some supplements I check it first with my doctor. With such behavior I have never had problems with my health.
