Could red dots on my face be caused by bulimia?

Purging can cause broken blood vessels which look like red dots/lines. Usually this occurs around the eyes and in the cheeks. It is even possible to break blood vessels in the eye.

i suffered from bulimia in my past and had a very good friend who was deep into it and both suffered with the red dots which are broken blood vessels caused by purging. im not a doctor but im pretty sure the only way to get rid of them is to stop.

yes i've just noticed i've got them all over my face and specifically around the eyes after i've been purging alot lately. They go away if you take a break for a while, but they will come back if you purge again often.
