I had a baby 9 weeks ago and I had a Para Gaurd IUD inserted almost 3 weeks ago. It's been two weeks since my period and I am having really bad cramping and when I went to the bathroom I noticed blood. It's more than spotting but not quite a flow. Could this just be because of my birth control or is it something more serious?

its probably just swollen because of the blood that was sucked there when he sucked on it. If it doesn't subside soon go to the doctor.
