a day or two after i ovulated, i woke up feeling perfectly fine, came downstairs and made a phone call. while on the phone i got what seemed like period pains. i went to the bathroom and got real dizzy and vomited some.
for most of the day i had those "period pains", my uterus area was very tender and i was very tired, slept most of the day and night. could i be pregnant? could those "period pains" be implantation?

Hi there,
Sorry to hear that you are not feeling well, You have the period symptoms, but cramps are not suppose to be so bad that you would want to take pain pills because then it might also be a miscarriage. I would say wait for a week or two or for your period, it also sometimes happen that you might have a short period and still be pregnant, some ladies also only get a positive on 6 or 8 or 10 weeks. Just take care of yourself and what you eat and drink for now. The best is dont even think about it, and when you do a test later and its positive, you will definitely know. Good luck, hope its good news.
