it feels like there is electricity going up my arm, or it feels like sand underneath my skin, this happens when i move my left arm a certain way, and it has been happening for two days.i am on a low carb diet, and have only eaten several carbs for the last few days. what is happening with my arm? and does it have anyhting to do with not eating carbs?
