I started a creatine cycle today, for the first time. For the first 3 days I will be taking about 20 grams of creatine throughout the day, but After 2 more days that I will be taking about 5-10 grams a day. I'm also taking glutamine. Any advices?

I am on creatine cycle too, but I need to remind you that creatine alone won’t give you gains. You have to eat well and take in enough protein. I'm taking protein shakes and I'm trying to drink over 3 liters of water a day.

you don't need to cycle creatine. Just take 5grams everyday, on workout days take it after your workout with you PWO.
