Cyst on right ovary

I had 2 surgeries done to remove ovarian cyst. Have only one right tube. Now I have a 2cms cyst on my right ovary. My RE says that its difficult for the right ovary to ovulate because of the cyst. Hence most of the time my left ovary will be ovulating n right tube needs to pick up the egg. He says its possible but rare for that to happen. He suggested me to go on clomid or FSH injections to increase the no. of eggs produced n thereby increasing my chances of getting pregnant. Do u think he is right that because of cyst right ovary wont ovulate most of the time??
