You don't qualify if your BMI is at 24. A normal healthy BMI is 25. Being somewhere at 30 is where you qualify. Btw its a prescription drug. Meaning you cant just purchase it online and not will it get through customs if it isn't sold in your country

if duromine slowed down your metabolism you need to be patient for just a bit more. Also, you need to adjust your diet and try drinking 8-10 glasses of water every day. That will help you with dry mouth as well. A friend of mine dealt with almost identical situation when she was on duromine and she started losing weight during third month of using it. She lost about 15 lbs in total if I recall correctly.
