What would be the definition of the emotional intelligence? There were some IQ testing in our school and I have spotted a brochure about the emotional intelligence. Now, I can comprehend IQ, but I am a bit lost when it comes to that other term. Can you give me any hint about it?

Well, the easiest way to describe it would be to say that it is one’s ability to manage and perceive emotions (his own and those of the others). It is a fairly new element in the psychological aspect of life but it is gaining new fats each day. Although, there are still many those who are criticizing this entire theory.
