I have a dermoid cyst and I am a bit scared about it.

My doctors say that they will remove it after I give birth in late May 07 and this is when they check it is benign.

I had an ultrasound a week ago and it showed that the dermoid cyst is mobile and there is no assessment of flow at time of ultrasound.

My next door neighbour says it is a good thing and does it seem like a benign from the assesment above and it doesn't seem cancerous?

I have another ultrasound coming up to assess it again and see how large it has gotten.

Please help.
