I was browsing the website of the American Diabetes Association for some info, as I just learnt that I am prediabetic and want to do everything possible to prevent full blown diabetes later down the road. The American Diabetes Association says that the Diabetes Food Pyramid can be an important part of this journey, and a great tool for staying healthy. Are there any people on this board who can tell me from personal experience what it is like to follow the Diabetes Food Pyramid? Is this a magic solution, something that helps you a lot? Or should I continue looking for other diet solutions?
