I had the same pain and things, they tested for helicobactor but I was not positive. Did they think there was anything else wrong? I'm now seeing a physiotherapist for my back as they think it may be my spine but this is not helping. I have had my gall bladder removed as well but the pain is the same as before I had it removed! I don't know what is going on! anyone have any ideas?

i had this happen several times. sudden onset diarrhea about an hour or two after a meal. followed by itchy and watery eyes and very bad shortness of breath. i usually need to use my inhaler and pop a claritin or zyrtec to alleviate the allergy symptoms and of course just sh*t my ass out for the diarrhea to stop.

my doctors thought i was crazy. i was having other digestive issues around the time this happened a few times over ten years ago and some research prompted me to explore gluten free. since going GF over ten years ago it has only happened a couple of times but it's always when i screw up and accidentally eat something with gluten or other products that i'm very sensitive too. i'm convinced it's some sort of multi-pronged allergic reaction to something that i've eaten and that i'm very sensitive to. it's not a full blown anaphylactic reaction - but i'm guessing it's close. anyway, doctor's don't seem to be familiar with this combo of pleasantries but i've had it happen enough to be convinced it's due to eating something in particular. pay attention to what you eat if it happens a few times.

btw i'm here because this happened to me tonight after like 5 years of having not experienced it and i was curious to do some research while i catch my breath. good times.
