Hello. I recently had out patient surgery to remove a 3 inch cyst on or near my left testicle... Now after the area has healed I still feel a large 3 inch like lump but not my testicle... Could the lump be an enlarged testicle? Is there a way to determine that the cyst was removed and not my testicle? Thank you!
