I start masturbation when I was 15 and now I am 27 which means i am masturbating for the last 13 years. I masturbate everywhere like in school, in working place. I masturbate at least 3 times a day. I am so much addicted to it.When I open my computer the first time I do is watching porn and start masturbating. I tried lots of time to stop and I stop like for 2 days and again start masturbating. I tried to get girlfriend more than two times and broke because of my weekness during the sex. I am suffering with premature ejaculation and I think this is because of my experience in masturbation.
Please, someone help me to stop masturbating and cure my problem in premature ejaculation.
