hi, im 27 and I have this discharge from my anus, I did have what I think was either a pile or hemmorids, a lump at the side of my anus which was leving blood in my undies, but the discharge is getting me, is smells a little like puss, but when I go to the toilet I have no pain or problems passing what so ever, I've alse looked up a few other things and it seems not to be that, but I'm worried, and to embarresst to go to the doctor, I'm fine in every other way, and I'm impeccably clean when I go to the toilet, always have been. I do have a rash thats rather annoying but its slowly going. I do sit alot, could that also affect me??

It sounds like you have a perianal abscess. While it is an embarrassing situation, I highly suggest going to the doctor. I had similar symptoms that I didn't treat right away, and I ended up in the ER within a couple of weeks.
