the same thing happens to me except when i stretch i kinda fall over or lay down on the floor in the process but then i black out and forget what i was doing before and get all tingly

Oh, just what i was looking for.I dint know anyone else with the same problem but now i can see a lot of people with the similar problem.
I regularly have this problem and once i even fell which resulted in mild bleeding from my head.

Yeah dude the same thing happens to me. Except I usually only have to sit for like 5 minuets and everything gets black and fuzzy and I pass out. The weird thing to me when I pass out is Ill usually back up to a wall and Ill fall but I can hear myself hitting the wall but I cant see anything. Like one time my parents were back from work and they knocked on the door and I was playing my xbox and I jumped up to answer it and I could feel it comming to I shut the door and put my back to it so I would fall and I passed out and when I came to I looked up and they both were starring at me.

Guy this is totally normal. It's not a syndrome, it's experienced by everyone. I'm not a doctor and I don't know the exact science, but it was explained to me once by a doc so I'll see if I can't recall the answer for you:
When you feel the need to stretch, it's because the blood in your muscles has begun to pool, which is why we stretch more often when we're sitting at work, waking up, standing from sitting, etc. Anytime you've allowed yourself to stay dormant for a long enough period of time, a stretch will inevitably follow. Your body feels the need to expel the blood in your muscles back into circulation, which is why sometimes when you begin to stretch it feels too good to stop. What happens here is that when you apply tensile pressure to the muscles and "flex" them during the stretch, all of the blood that had pooled in them is reintroduced into circulation, often depleted of oxygen. That's why it feels good - you're replacing old blood with new blood. Imagine if you can a sponge submerged in dirty water, and soaking it all up. If you then place that dirty sponge into a tub of clean water, you'll see the dirty water mix in very gradually. Squeezing the sponge and expelling the dirty water is the most effective and generally best way to then have the sponge absorb new, clean water. Rinse and repeat people. Same thing with your muscles. They need to be used and used frequently.
When your heart flutters and you begin to feel dizzy it's because the blood that is being pumped into your brain is substantially less oxygenated than it was a moment ago, not to mention the fact that your "squeezed out muscles" will also suck up some more blood at the end of the stretch like the sponge in the tub would suck up the new water. Your brain cannot adjust fast enough and you have a little fuzzy-ness; in very extreme cases you pass out. The key to preventing this is to breathe slowly and deeply for a quick minute right before you stretch, allowing extra oxygen to circulate into your bloodstream and subsequently to your brain, that way when you stretch you won't be so oxygen deficient.

I looked this up after almost passing out after stretching. My vision was like a black tunnel and everything sounded distant. I sat back down and waited for a minuite before getting up again. This has been happening for a few months. Glad I'm not the only one this happens to! (i'm 16)
