Hi, my boyfriend got himself tested and came back positive for chylamidia, we both took the course of antibiotics (4pill) That day together, 3 hours on (After eating loads) I had to go to the toilet, with the runs, would the antibiotics still work???

Antibiotics can cause diarrhea because they kill off the good bacteria in the intestine which keep the bowels healthy. Give it a couple days. If it still doesn't go away, talk to your doctor.
