Hello all, Let me start off by stating for the record that I am an 18 year old male virgin who has never had any genital on genital contact with anyone, nor any oral sex. and I have never had a cold sore at any point in my life even though my parents and siblings get them all the time, and I can drink from the same cup as them and the virus does not effect me. until maybe now.
It all started just over a week ago when I sat on the toilet for no2 when i felt something like a tendon pull inside my groin which hurt. then either later or the next day after masturbating:$ It hurt to stroke my penis, but only down the right side, like I injured the shaft. for a week I took it easy and was gentle. but to add to this, urinating was painful as well, and stung when it flowed. then as these afflictions started to heal, a little red spot sprang up on the right side of my scrotum, then another then another, then turned into like a blister and started to sting. then pinholes appeared on them that have now turned into brown spots like moles. I took pictures and scoured the internet, and the only thing that looks and sounds like what I have is a Herpes (HSV-2) Infection. But I am at a loss because like I say, I am a virgin, and I also practice good hygiene. And as far as I know this virus can only survive on skin. In my mind ( forgive the vulgarity) I cannot think of a time when I have shook someone's hand who has a cold sore and masturbated immediately afterwards, or even scratched my groin for that mater.
I started thinking it may be folliculitis or jock itch, because i was doing squats last week in tight underwear, but the pictures do not look like mine. the only picture that looks like mine is on a site that states a 54 year old man was diagnosed with HSV.
Right now I am gutted and embarrassed. If I go to the doctors, there is nothing he can do for hsv-2 except give a blood test and diagnose me, which will be embarrassing, and according to the medical journals, hsv-2 goes by itself, and is at its worst the first time, but can come back any time.
I would appreciate some feed back of these 2 images I have linked, the first one is 5 days ago, and the second is today. sorry for grossing you out. And thank you for you time.

In comparison between the diagnosed medical picture of the 54 year old man and my pictures, I think it is conclusive that I have an STD without ever having sex.
