you can't target fat loss. it depends on your genes, so each person is different. you'll gain fat in different places in a certain order (which is genetically predetermined). so, for example, maybe your face 1st, then your ass, then your stomach. then, when you lose it, the order is reversed. so if you were the person who gains fat 1st on your face, then that'll be the last place you lose it. fat loss sucks that way.
you can exercise your trouble areas but it won't really show, cuz you have to get rid of the fat layers. you could have all the muscles in the world, but if you have a lot of fat covering it, the muscles wouldn't show.

Make sure you wear something that will prevent the friction such as capri's and biker shorts or something and voila! Problem solved.
Oh and also wear good shoes to absorb the shock and prevent injuries my friend.

it's called a 'carb face', and it's from a combination of lack of a cardio workout, and eating too many carbs without burning them off. So, cereal and other carbs aren't your best option.
I don't know about gum chewing. I chew gum constantly, and now I have TMJ, and a fat face.
However, it totally is genetics. I know some obese people with no fat on their face, and some athletic, thin people with a chubby face.
So cut down on carbs, jog, and cross your fingers.
It might also be that muscles in your chin are coming loose, and that requires plastic surgery.

Alright I have the same problem....I dont always have a chubbyface and a gobble chin.......I swear it changes back and fourth.....Depends on how I eat and stuff....When I was younger it was never this chubby....yeah and I some times get made fun of it and stuff.....I believe I look 10x better when its just normal....It really can affect my self esteem......People notice it more then I do because they say man ur face got fat....Not to mention I only weigh 160 and im slim....in all my other areas...But I got to say when I was in baseball my face was jusst perfect and I was always getting hit on by girls.....I right now am not active I just hope somebody comes out with some drink or pill to slim ur face down...damn it I wonder why they couldnt come up with it already and no Id rather not prefer some crappy massage stuff....plse help

Look, I actually have a good body. But the cheeks just WON'T BUDGE. It's totally annoying and I look like such an id**t in my passport photo.
Everytime I look to the internet for help on how to get rid if the cheek fat, they ALWAYS assume that people with large faces are fat. And they ALWAYS say:
Lose weight overall(Done that. Didn't work. What now, geniuses?)
Chew gum and do those opening and closing mouth exercises(This is misleading. DON'T DO IT. I followed their advice and look where it got me... the doctor said that my cheek muscles are huge because I exercise them so regularly with chewing and all...) Take Charice for example. Her size is nice, but her face is big. Why? Because she likes to chew gum.
It's just... the people giving advice... they just don't know... they JUST DON'T KNOW what it's like...
Cheek fat is even MORE stubborn than abdominal fat(I'm not kidding)
So I got masseter injections(this is just for the cheek muscles... but not for the fat)
My face is still kinda huge but the immobilization of the muscles helps a little.
So this is what I'm currently doing.
Take your favourite face cream. Spread it on your fingers. Bring them up on your face in a continuous motion. Just go upwards. Once you reach the top of your cheeks, release your hands, go back down to your chin, and repeat(good for your arms too)
You can also try sucking your cheeks in repeatedly.
That's all I've got for now... but to those of you out there who suffer big faces... I dedicate this you. But contrary to what other people say, I believe in spot reduction. Those Hula girls didn't get their tiny waists by "losing overall fat".

I guess running does help in reducing the cheek fat. I have seen lot of my friends reduce their cheek fat after they came back from the military training.

Definitely. I've lost fat on my face with jogging. Facial massage daily can also help. I've tried those and it worked perfectly.
