I have to admit that my office job is more physically stressful than I thought. I mean, I already have some neck and back pain and I am not even sitting the entire day. Anyway, I will have to do something about it and I have heard that magnetic therapy might help. Does that work for neck and back pain?

I think that you should start with some light physical activity that will engage your back and neck muscles. There are also short exercises that you can perform at work every couple of hours and those might truly help.
