It does. It momentarily reduces your androgen levels and makes you 20% weaker in the nueral  power, so weights feel heavier, but when you sleep it off it spikes your testosterone by about 30% over normal.   To gain while smoking use only %40-%60 of the 1 rep max for each lift, lift one rep short of failure on every set, rest only 30 - 45 seconds between sets and do as many sets as you can, without having to rest more than 45 seconds.  Rest 3-5 minutes between exercises.  This will have the effect of spiking your growth hormone output, which will raise the baseline levels of androgens making you both stronger and younger looking longer. Be sure to eat well and drink lots of water.
