I did awesome in the pool yesterday. It was my 3rd day swimming. My first 2 days, I was doing 250yds, resting between each 25yd length. Yesterday I did 2 lengths resting between each. I then decided to try doing a lap at a time. I was able to get 5 laps done. 300yds total. W00t! I think I'm going to like this swimming thing.
I then went home and busted out a 8-minute mile, which is awesome for me.
So does that count as a brick?

How much time between the pool and home? Were your legs still wobbly?
I never did much pool to bike or run bricks, but the few times I did, my legs felt all wobbly.

Bricks are usually bike and immediate run. This term has started to be replaced with 'transition run'. Better defines the workout.
No matter what you call it, great workout.
