Well I reminded my mum just today to call to make an appointment. I was supposed to have it last Monday but we were snowed in. And I figured since my own mum is a nurse, and she isn’t concerned, then I should try not to worry too much. but I couldn’t help it. So I’ll remind her again to make sure she makes that appointment.

It's always best do a self breast exam once a month when you take a shower to get use to how your breasts look and feel yourself then your more likely to notice any changes sooner, if your not sure how to do it correctly just go on YouTube and search self breast exam and your find a lot of information there.
What actual appointment for that you have got your mum to remake for you for?

I forgot to ask is it just one nipple or both?
I'm guessing your from the US so not sure how your appointments go there but in England it would more likely be a nurse see you and she would most likely explain how important self exams are and show you how to do it with the flat of your hand, you probably notice changes in how you breasts feel at different during your monthly cycle from being more sensitive to sore and even feeling heavy. I still advise you to think about checking out the you tube video's on self exams while your young to get use to how they change for when they stop growing.
Without actually being able to see them or examine them makes it hard to say but in my opinion you have nothing to be concerned about as it's just normal for teen puberty stage of growth.

If it was from just one then yes I would say there is a need to be concerned over it but as it's both then as I said it's most likely normal during puberty growth for it to happen as you see a lot of girls write here with the same symptoms.
If you can please write back and say what the doctor said it was as it will be helpful for me to know as well as others who have the same happening to them, an you're welcome.

I'm 14 years old and I'm experiencing it on my both nipples. My nipples have a dry skin that peels off or got removed when it rubs on my shirt. It was painful because its kinda attach on my nipple. It started years ago and I thought it was normal so I didn't tell to anyone but now I'm worried because until now it doesn't heal. My nipples are not always up and it just usually up when I'm cold so most of the time they appeared flat. My nipples are also cracked.

My advice to you would be the same as I said to the other girl an that's to get it checked out as it could be something as easy to treat as eczema, speak to your mum about it and let her see.

Ahmm does eczema can really last that long. I mean it was since years ago like 3-4 years ago. Should I worry because since then and until now it doesn't heal. And also does eczema can be dangerous if it wasn't treated for a long time

It depends what type of eczema it is, some can clear up in a few weeks with treatment while other types can last from childhood through to adult an be managed with treatment normally a cream you apply, eczema is nothing to worry about but I would still advise you to get it checked out just to confirm that's what it is.
