Hello. My boyfriend and I dry humped in our cotton underwear about 9 weeks ago. I got a little wet, but he got wet only on the inside of his boxers. He did not ejaculate at all on the outside. My period was 2 weeks late and when I got it, it was normal. The next time I got my period it was unusually light. I had cramping the first time like usual but the second time I had nothing! I have had no pregnancy symptoms at all! I am so stressed and now I feel that down there is feeling tight, not crampy! I am too young to become pregnant.is there anyway I could be? We have done this so many times before and I don't remember the other times being like this. Could I just be paranoid? HELP!

Dear Kathryn
It's highly unlikely you would be pregnant from what you describe. I don't think you are being paranoid, though. It is wise to be careful and review what happened, if only for the future. So I'll make a few observations and some questions to help.
- To get pregnant, sperm must enter your vagina at a fertile time.
- Sperm only swim, they cannot walk, so need liquid in which to swim.
- Cotton is likely to absorb liquid, leaving sperm stranded
- Open-weave fabric gives the opportunity for sperm to swim through, it there id enough liquid
- Sperm would have to negotiate two layers of fabric
- "I got a little wet, but he got wet only on the inside of his boxers"
- "a little wet" = not as wet as usual?
- "but he got wet only on the inside"
- so you got wet on the outside as well?
- your wetness soaked through?
- that could provide a means of sperm getting through.
- "he got wet only on the inside of his boxers. He did not ejaculate at all on the outside"
- Was the wetness 'pre-cum' or ejaculate.
- Pre-cum can contain sperm, but not nearly as much as ejaculate
- If his wetness did not go through his boxers, then the sperm could not have got through
- "He did not ejaculate at all on the outside" = "He did ejaculate on the inside"?
- Dates are critical. Was it a fertile time?
- "dry humped ... about 9 weeks ago" What date?
- "My period was 2 weeks late"What date did it start?
- "My period ... was normal"
- that indicates you were probably not pregnant
- occasionally periods do happen during pregnancy, but that is quite rare.
- "The next time I got my period it was unusually light"
- light flow, or less days?
- What date did it start? Was it when expected?
- "I had cramping the first time like usual but the second time I had nothing!" It could be because the period was lighter.
- "I have had no pregnancy symptoms at all!" Many don't!
- "I am so stressed and now I feel that down there is feeling tight"
- "down there" is a bit vague!
- Could be because you are stressed
- "I am too young to become pregnant.is there anyway I could be?"
- How old are you?
- How long have you been having periods?
- "is there anyway I could be?"
- Are you a virgin?
- Sperm can be transferred manually.
- "We have done this so many times before and I don't remember the other times being like this"
- The same? You getting wet? Him ejaculating?
- Some have sex many times before getting pregnant!
I hope this helps. As I said, I don't think you are pregnant from what I think happened. But if I can help more, please ask.
