Hi, everyone! I am 13 years old and I weigh about 105 pounds. I understand that that weight is healthy for my age, but I have a very, very big stomach (maybe because I eat a lot of carbs?). Basically, my question is if anybody has a "Flat Abs" and an eating plan for me. My stomach is about 26 in. around and I would love to get it to around 22 in. around. So, if anybody has any eating plans, workouts, or other ways to get flat abs, please let me know! Thanks!
