I'm a 13 year old girl, trying to boost my metabolism and get FLAT abs. My stomach expands a lot really easily, even if I eat healthy and exercise a good amount, so I asked somebody about it once and they said "I hope you're not doing ab workouts then.." is should I not be doing ab workouts then? How else could I get flat abs? I've also been lifting 5 lb weights, that's what some trainer told me to do. I've been walking about an hour a day and doing 20 minute intervolts. Is that long enough? Should I go longer? Would it be okay if I only did 10 minutes?

Ok im 15 and i have a 6 pack i dance but what keeps me fit is zumba and running its really fun hope this help
