edge bleep at 13 weeks now 5 months pregnant and not showing

At 13 weeks pregnant i had a edge bleed witch is what the dr described to be as the placenta deattached itself from the whomb it was a scary sittuation i bleed up untill i was 18 weeks pregnant and i dont think i had a day where a bad thought did not go through my head. it has now healed it self and i am getting strong stabbing pains in my lower tummer the dr said it is fine and that everything is going the way it should but i cant help but to worrie as i am now 5 months pregnant and not showing what if the edge bleed has done dammage to my little boy i dont know if i can belive the dr as they first said the edge bleed was nothing and took plenty of visit to dr and plenty of ultrasounds before they even picked up on it
