I am about five weeks pregnant and have constant cramping where my uterus would be not being pregnant. It is like period cramps. I am not bleeding, but could I be miscarrying?

Hi! Usually cramping in the first trimester is totally normal, as long as there is no bleeding. I was cramping like you at week 5-6 of my pregnancy. I went to the ER because I was scared I was having a miscarriage. They did a pelvic ultrasound and everything was OK. I would say you are fine, but if any bleeding starts happening get to the hospital. Good luck :-)
