HOW CAN APPLE CIDER VINIGAR BE USED AND WHAT HELP DOES IT HAVE IN MY BODY

Loading...

There is no proven evidence that apple cider vinegar helps any medical conditions although there are numerous claims about its benefits.

Most of the studies done of the effects of the apple cider vinegar were done on animals and cells in a lab.

One thing is certain, apple cider vinegar is safe to be used as a salad dressing, as it kills any of the germs that may be present and if added a spoon of a cold-pressed olive oil (or flax seed, pumkin seed, etc) it helps to get more vitamins and minerals from the salad.

Some apple vinegars are advertised to help with the managing blood circulation and weight loss but like already said, it hasn't been confirmed in large human studies.
