Epididymis cyst is harmless swelling. Anyway they should be examined by a docotr, so it can be determined whether they are harmless or not. It is arising form epididymis. Epididymis the coiled collecting tube attached to the back of each testis. Epididymis cyst is small and is pea sized, and rarely enlarge to the size of a golf ball and beyond. Epididymis cysts are very common with men over the age of 40. Epididymis cysts are filled with colorless fluid. They often occur on both sides of testicles.
Epididymis cysts usually do not need treatment. Only if they become troublesome, they are surgically removed. Removal is very simple and does not take long.
