I used to get severe epigastric pain with tachycardia and pain extendig to between shoulder blades and nape of neck and occiput. Relief to some extent fro gas remedies. Nowadays I hear some gurging sound while taking food and afterwords , eppigastric tenderness and distress pain in the nape of neck and generally a lo mental state. Can you describe the cause and the remedy?
