I have this problem 24/7. During the daytime I can relieve it by forcing the air out with belches. At night the air builds up and wakes me up until I get up and belch. By morning the pressure on my heart makes me extremely weak when I get up. I drink hot water until I get the air out before I can eat. I have had this problem for over 20 years and no doctor can find the cause or cure. Anyone out there that suffers similar symptoms, please let me know if you have found any relief.

Hi there ... huh 20 years ... I have similar issue for couple of months, but sporadically not every day. I noticed it has something with foods I eat. I tend to change my diet, to exercise more or even to change some habits.
