I am having difficulty in swallowing food.I have experienced heart burn the day before.I consulted a doctor(physician) and after examining he told that there is some extra beat in the heart and it is not a serious problem.But now I am very afraid if I have some serious problems in the heart .I used to smoke for 4 years.I am 22 years old.Please help me
