I have some kind of deposit in my face that's been annoying me for awhile now. I tried to get it out last night and I'm paying for it today with a big rash around the area. Its small and white and looks like its a whitehead pimple but it isn't. It's pretty stubborn and it's beneath the skin. My father said it is a "fat deposit" but I'm not sure. There has to be a way to remove this, cause the traditional method ain't workin!

I get facial cysts which sound like what you describe. You get the urge to suck out whatever is inside and you squeeze and squeeze in the vain attempt to get it to go and all that usually results is swelling and a rash which makes it bigger and harder to get rid of.
The thing I do which seems to work but you have to be patient to get a very very clean thin pin/needle and poke three holes through the skin into what feels like the centre it and give it a tiny squeeze then put a dab of toothpaste, yep thats right..toothpaste and leave it overnight.
Then continue this once everynight for a week, continuing to squeeze a little harder evertime. After about a week you should start to get puss, blood and whatever out of the thing. In 2 weeks it should be gone and healed.
If it is indeed just fat then youll notice after a few days that nothing is changing.

The pin trick works good. I only needed to prick it once, to take some skin off, and to open up the papule. I had two of them. On one of the cysts I was able to get the stuff out right away, but on the other one, near my eye, I couldn't so I just let it "breathe" and that seemed to do the trick. I didn't use toothpaste (the baking soda in it is what dries up the cysts's contents). I used salicylic acid instead. (it's what's many acne lotions and washes. It seemed to dry it up in just a couple of days, although it did turn very pink at first, and scabbed over, so use your discretion.
I lived with the one cyst/papule on my face for over 6 months, not knowing how to get rid of it. Then when a second one developed, I decided to try the pin technique and it worked, on both of them! Just be very clean about it, so you don't get an infection from the pin being dirty, etc.
