Hi, I‘m a 15yr old girl. I eat very healthy and i‘m very active (i workout almost every day). Recently, I feel very full and bloated after eating a small meal or snack. I can barely finish an apple or a banana! (I’m only 5’1 or 156cm, is it because I’m short and my stomach is small?) Additionally, I haven‘t had my period for about two months, and my last period was 5 weeks late too. Are these symptoms of any disease or something? Or is that „normal“?
