Period 10 days late Red spotting, cramping,headaches and bloated.

Hello, I am new to this website but I figured it was much better then yahoo!answers so I won't hear "use protection" or "you can get pregnant at anytime". 

anyways, I am going to ask the annoying question that I thought I would not go back too for a long time but could I be pregnant? 

My cycle is every 29 so last period was 2-13-14 ( RIGHT BEFORE V-DAY!!!) lol it was bit of a disappointment..

I did have sexual intercourse on my period but for like less then a minute and he put a condom on right away, so the chances of me getting period in that time is less then 1%!!! I was 4-5 days late due to stress cause I was flying to NYC for him and maybe cause I changed my diet, eating healthier and exercising .  

now on March 10 again I had sex with the same guy, he flew to Miami from NY and I flew from North Carolina to Miami (no judging lol its someone I already had a history with 6-7 years ago ) but that's when we did not do it with a condom (never came inside of me of course but pre-cum is always a possibility to get pregnant, I know) he ended up forgetting it apparently so maybe is it possible I was ovulating a little late? 

part about red spotting on march 19(already a few days late) I had just like a small drop of red blood even when I wiped there was nothing, never saw anything since. not brown,pink or red. But it's also a possibility that I hurt my self because I am the type of girl that I got to make sure it's really clean inside down there and especially when I am late I like to put pressure and clean well to see if my period comes (sorry if it's 2 much info) it did work before and i keep doing so but I never saw any blood since the 19th for that one min so I don't actually know if it's because I hurt myself,  I highly doubt it was implantation bleeding but I would love your guys opinion or experience.

 I am VERY bloated I look like I am 4 months pregnant haha, I do have minor headaches and minor cramps since period was due.. Also, I am not stressed and I no longer exercise cause I hurt my leg though I did try to the past 2 days to see maybe my period will come(it sometimes works)  and I did take pregnancy test twice it was negative.
