Is it better to exercise after or before meal? I can not exercise when am hungry, but also can’t with full stomach. I’m on liquid diet and my meal consists of soup. Which solution is healthier? Sometimes I think that I should not eat but only exercise…

I feel uncomfortable when exercise with food in my stomach. It causes me difficulties to digest it. If I have to eat before workout, I choose smaller meal rich in carbohydrates. Proteins and fats need much longer to digest. But after exercising, metabolism is elevated and calories are burning at accelerated rate.
