On a recent camping trip with my family, my grandson who is 13 caught a few trout and agreed to take a bite or two to try it because he doesn't like fish.. only shell fish (Crab, shrimp & lobster). Almost immediately after eating the fresh trout (from Oregon) he said his stomach hurt. He then went and laid down and was doubled up and rocking around moaning from the pain. This lasted perhaps an hour and he fell asleep and when he got up he had no pain. There were no other symptoms what so ever either to indicate an allergy. All of the adults felt it was just a show because he refuses to try fish or eat it. Can you tell me if this is a possibly food allergy? I've tried to look this up on the net and can't find anything.

Thank you,
Gramma Val
