hi, Im ace 20 y/o and there's a sticky fluid with blood that comes out on my right breast when i squeeze it, is that normal?

It is not normal. Unless you are pregnant there shouldn't be anything coming out of your brest. Sticky fluid sounds strange, but with blood? Definitely a case for the doctor. I would have it checked out immediately.
