Hi, I have some problems with my diet. I am going to the aerobic and I take some low calorie diet. It works great at normal days and I lose weight. Trouble is when that time of the month came I feel food cravings. I am like an animal then. I could eat anything, anytime, anywhere. Then I gain weight. Is that happening to you also and what I can do?

That is usual thing in woman during PMS. I had this problem also and I still got it. I have been to the nutritionist for an advice and here is what he told me. You should eat complex carbs every time you feel attack of desire, avoid processed sugar, try foods high in essential fatty acids and most important; drink a lot of fluids.
