Hello. I was wondering could anyone help me with some useful advices. I'm 25 year old female and I have always cared for my self and my body hygiene.
About two days ago after showering I have noticed that hairs on my genital area are really big and I should schedule my self a depilation.
When I asked my best friend to go with me she has laughed to my face because she couldn’t believe that I'm wasting my money on this. She is shaving her genital area all her life and it looks great. But, I'm not sure I should because about three years ago I also tried this but I was disappointed with a not so clean shave, ingrown hairs and painful razor burn. Please tell me what to do!

Your friend was right. Depilation could be very expensive and you don’t have to waste your money on it.
But you should know some things about shaving genital area. Before you start with shaving you should soak in a nice hot tub for at least 10 minutes or place a hot wet towel over the pubic area to soften the hairs.

Than you must know that if this is your first shave, and your hairs are longer than 1/4 inch, you should first use some sharp scissors and trim the pubic hair to a “shaveable” length. With this you will avoid pain and possible bleeding. There is one big rule about this shaving and that is- don't try to cut costs here!
Choose a good quality shaving cream and some good, possibly expensive blade and results will be perfect.

Skin tag removal

Occasionally, a tag may spontaneously fall off without any pain or discomfort.

Skin tags are typically thought to occur in characteristic friction locations where skin rubs against skin or clothing.

home remedies and self-treatments for removing skin tags, including tying off the small tag stalk with a piece of thread or dental floss and allowing the tag to fall off over several days.

The advantage of scissor removal is that the growth is immediately removed and there are instant results. The potential disadvantage of any kind of scissor or minor surgical procedure to remove tags is minor bleeding.

Possible risks with freezing or burning include temporary skin discoloration, need for repeat treatment(s), and failure for the tag to fall off.

There is no evidence that removing tags causes more tags to grow. Rather, there are some people who may be more prone to developing skin tags and may have new growths periodically. Some people even require periodic removal of tags.Quote:

Skin tags are caused by irritation of the skin, because of the hair removal method used. And all skins react in the same way when it is irritated or being damaged. The skin can darken, as a tan is damage, it can thicken like an age spot or skin tag, or the skin signals for additional hair growth for the damaged area.
