Hi All, I had this problem called Phimosis and met many specailist doctors in Urology. They all said this is called Phimosis and only solution is circumsion. The foreskin has to be cut and removed for few inches. I was worried and not ready for a surgery. All well wishers said go for the surgery.
Symptoms: During erection the tip may get small cuts and will cause pains and as days pass the foreskin will keep shrinking.
Treatment: My advice to all is do not got surgery it is not required at all. Apply candid -B ointment at the wounded place. when the wound is recovered. Do few exercise like just try to push your foreskin back and front for some 5-10 times in the morning and evening. In between time just do your normal work. You may need to do this 3 weeks - 2 months based on severity of the person. After this time period you will get back your skin normally. Suggest you get an over the counter anti-fungal cream..CLOTRIMAZOLE....IN MY CASE, A HUGE IMPROVEMENT AFTER ONLY 5 APPLICATIONS..

Ok so my best aadvice is to see a doctor it is normal and happens alot. I have found diaper rash medicine works the best out of everything I have tried hydrocortisone monistat triple antibiotic ontment lanolin you name it but diaper rash works the best see about getting a circumcised I am in a month it's going to suck but at least i wont have this issue anymore
