About a 2 months ago i started experiencing pain in the foreskin of my penis, i noticed i had a few cute on it and i had a cut before when i masturbated alot, but now a good amount appear, the very tip of my foreskin is very tender and sensitive and it is very very difficult to pull back my foreskin and is really painful, also im not sure if its pre cum or actual semen but it flakes around the tip and inside of my penis...thank you in advance
