2 days ago i started to need to pee a lot more than usual. Almost a constant sensation, also recently in the last day it has started to burn a bit while i pee. Been to the doctors and they said to let it be for a while and see what happens. Anyone know what it might be? had unprotected sex about 3-4 weeks ago but thats my gf and have had sex with her before with no problems!

I would go to your doctor and get checked out, it sounds like something I experienced before. The STD called Chalmydia, your girlfriend or you may have had it for a very long time due to the fact that most people dont even experience symptoms until the virus progresses. You might be showing symptoms now due to the fact that the virus is so far along.
Go to your doctor and get a urine test done that is how they test for chlamydia and tell your girlfriend to go get a pap smear done as well to make sure your both ok.
Good news though its cureable with one simple bout of antibiotics. So dont stress about it.
