I am bulking last few years. I have gain a lot of muscle mass. I am regular in gym and rowing. I am 21 years old and I want to exercise rowing more seriously. But now I am too heavy. At least my coach says so. I need to cut my calories and weight. How to do that and not to lose strength?

It is not so easy thing to do. Strength is in direct correlation with muscle mass. But I don’t believe that all of your mass is lean muscles. If you are to heavy then you probably have more fat then you need. Maybe you should try with some exercises like running or swimming that will help you burn your fat and get more lean muscle mass. In that way you will cut the weight and remain strength.
